“My child has been sexually abused…”

If you are a parent/caregiver/adult family member of a child who has been sexually abused, this class is designed for you!

These Child Advocacy Center classes are held weekly (schedule changes to meet need) and last one hour. A seven-week curriculum is followed, with participants able to enter the program at any time. (Missed sessions can be taken as they rotate back around.)  Sessions may also be customized to fit special circumstances, or to provide more than one session each class.

Confidentiality is required. Pre and post testing is done with certificates on completion of the seven sessions.

Classes may be scheduled to include adult family groups of parents, grandparents, etc. The Child Advocacy Center schedules new sessions upon demand and staff availability.
